At PURE, we strive to deliver your T-shirts in a timely manner, ensuring they reach you in perfect condition.

We deliver nationwide using PAXI (Pep Store-to-Store).

Delivery time: 3–7 working days
Delivery fee: Flat rate (displayed at checkout)
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

You will receive an SMS with a tracking number once your parcel has been sent. Please bring your ID and collection PIN when collecting at your selected Pep Store.

EASY RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Pure, your satisfaction matters to us.

Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Sale items are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed. Refunds may take 3–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
